7 Major Chakras Course

The Chakras are subtle energy centers that connect to a variety of nerve bundles and organs. Each Chakra has a spinning energy that can easily be blocked or unbalanced by numerous factors. We balance the Chakras though the practices of yoga, meditation, and prana/energy. We will explore:

  • Names, colors, symbols, and the Bij Mantra/sound

  • How Chakras impact physical, mental, and emotional well being

  • How to determine if y our Charkas are blocked

  • The importance of having one’s Chakras open

  • Yoga methods to open the Chakras

  • Yoga and Meditation practices to balance the Chakras
