Course Requirements - 25 hours per month x 8 months = 200 hours

• Group Instruction - 2.5 hours per week (80 hours per course)

• Individual Instruction - 1 hour per month (8 hours per course)

• Lead Teaching Instruction - 1 hour per month (8 hours per course)

• Practicum/Teaching Yoga - 1 hour per week (32 hours per course)

• Independent Study – 2 hours per week (64 Hours per course)

• Online Teaching Demonstration (4 hours per course)

• Session One 45 minutes teaching/15 minutes notes

• Session Two 45 minutes teaching/15 minutes notes

• Session Three  45 minutes teaching/15 minutes notes

• Session Four  45 minutes teaching/15 minutes notes

• Mid Term Exam - 2 hours

• Final Exam - 2 hours

Graduation - January 13, 2026

Yoga Alliance Certification 

For certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), submit a copy of your Santosha School of Yoga 200 Hour Certificate and the required fee to Yoga Alliance.
