Happy New Year, 

You are invited to join us for a retreat day designed to soulfully rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit! Our practices will include yoga, meditation, play and rest, as we learn to create a new beginning. We will explore yogic philosophy as an action for change, to support our life journey. 

A healthy breakfast and a sumptuous lunch will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your journal. Mats, blankets, pillows, etc. will be supplied.
